FAQ
Here are answers for some of the most Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. What are the System Requirements for the online classes:

ANS: System Requirements: Here are the requirements of software/hardware at your end for being able to have a good online and voice experience.

To attend an instructor-led class online on a PC, the following is required:

  • Internet Explorer® 6.0 or newer, Mozilla® Firefox® 2.0 or newer (JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled)
  • Windows® 2000, XP, 2003 Server or Vista
  • Cable modem, DSL, or better Internet connection
  • Minimum of Pentium® class 1GHz CPU with 512 MB of RAM (recommended) (2 GB of RAM for Windows® Vista)

Participants wishing to connect to audio using VoIP will need a fast Internet connection, a microphone and speakers (a USB headset is recommended).

Q2. Are there any other hidden charges (other than the charges shown) for the courses you are offering?

ANS: The charges conveyed to you by PM-Empower are the only charges you pay and nothing more.

Q3. What will happen if any of the courses are cancelled after registering?

ANS: In an unlikely event of any of our courses being canceled, we will communicate with each registrant about the decision to cancel and try to see if another date and time could work for you. If not, we will gladly refund the fees you have already paid.

Q4. How effective are the online classes?

ANS: All our online classes are conducted using cutting edge communication and technology products. The classes will be conducted in a web-conference mode.

Q5. What happens if there is a failure of communication lines (audio or video) during the session?

ANS: In the event of such a happening, we will try to address the issue immediately. We have entered into comprehensive support agreement with the providers of our communication software and they will make all reasonable attempts to rectify the situation within a reasonable time. If it takes too long for the technical glitch to be fixed (if the error is found to be in the communication software we use), lost content will be covered in a make-up class scheduled for those individuals. However, if the technical glitch is at the registrants’ end (their computer and/or Voice Lines), we will not be responsible/liable for the makeup sessions. If requested, we may be able to arrange a make-up session in such situations keeping the registrants’ interests in mind at no additional cost to the registrant.

Q6. Can I sign-up for someone in another country?

ANS: Since we accept payments from US residents only, there may be situations where any of your friends/relatives in other countries would like to take our online courses but cannot sign-up by themselves. In such situations you can sign-up for your friend or relative. They will be able to attend our classes online in a web-conference mode.

However, you will have to send us an email with the intended attendee's email, address and contact phones. Webconference links will be sent to the intended attendee only. In case of cancellation, refunds will be sent to you subject to conditions.
